Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

  1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping:

  1. Availability: Currently, we ship internationally to selected countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on destination.

Return Policy

General Return Guidelines:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  2. Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  2. Customized Products: Any products that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned.
