1. Introduction
SAFA SPORTS PVT LTD is committed to providing high-quality custom sportswear and equipment to meet the unique needs of our customers. This Custom Order Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all custom orders placed with our company.
2. Order Process
2.1. Request for Quotation (RFQ)
- Customers can initiate a custom order by submitting a Request for Quotation (RFQ) via our website, email, or direct contact with our sales team.
- The RFQ should include detailed specifications, including design, quantity, sizes, colors, materials, and any special requirements.
2.2. Design Approval
- Once the RFQ is received, our design team will create a digital mock-up of the product for customer review.
- The customer must approve the design in writing before production can begin. Any changes to the design after approval may result in additional charges and production delays.
2.3. Pricing and Payment
- A detailed quotation will be provided based on the approved design and order specifications.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to confirm the order. The balance is due upon completion of the order and before shipment.
3. Production
3.1. Lead Time
- The standard lead time for custom orders is 4-6 weeks from the date of design approval and receipt of the deposit. This may vary based on the complexity of the order and current production schedules.
- Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to production capacity.
3.2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- The MOQ for custom orders is 50 units per design. Orders below this quantity may be subject to additional charges.
3.3. Quality Assurance
- All custom products undergo strict quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure they meet our high standards.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Shipping Methods
- We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in the final invoice.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipments.
4.2. Delivery Time
- Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
5. Returns and Cancellations
5.1. Returns
- Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- We will review the claim and, if validated, will either repair, replace, or refund the defective items at our discretion.
5.2. Cancellations
- Cancellations of custom orders must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable, and the customer may be responsible for any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Ownership
- All designs, logos, and trademarks provided by the customer for custom orders remain the property of the customer. SAFA SPORTS PVT LTD will not use these designs for any purpose other than fulfilling the custom order.
6.2. Usage Rights
- SAFA SPORTS PVT LTD reserves the right to use images of custom products for marketing and promotional purposes unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
